2012-2013 Registration

KINDERGARTEN - 8th GRADE REGISTRATION PACKETS FOR THE 2012-2013 SCHOOL YEAR WILL BE AVAILABLE IN THE SCHOOL OFFICE AFTER 1/19/2012.
Documents required for registration:
- Parent Driver's license
- Closing escrow papers, mortgage statement, homeowner's association fee statement or rental agreement
- Utility bill
- Birth Certificate
- Complete Immunization Record
- Oral Exam
- Complete registration packet
- Doctor's Physical Examination (*Must be done after 3/1/12, and prior to 1st grade enrollment)
INCOMING KINDERGARTEN STUDENTS MUST BE 5 YEARS OLD BY NOVEMBER 1, 2012.
WE WILL BEGIN ACCEPTING COMPLETED PACKETS ON MARCH 1, 2012.
