Dear Lammersville Community & Friends,
Thank you for supporting the 2nd Lammersville Music Department “Flocking” Fundraiser. We have now completed a month of flocking madness and have generated a profit of $1,820.00. Since the Lammersville Music Department “owns” two flocks of flamingos, that were purchased last year, we had no expenses this year. So the $1820.00 was pure profit! Besides being a profitable fundraiser, everyone seems to have a great time too. Thank you.
I would like to publically thank Kelly Widger for chairing and coordinating the entire fundraiser. Thanks, Kelly!!! A big thank you to all the volunteer parent drivers: Julie Bussell, Nancy Guadagna, Casey Rogers, Jenny Bradley, Candy Holdren, Kelly Widger, Candance McLaughlin, Michelle Mandeville, and Becky Samaniego. We couldn’t have done the fundraiser without these parents, their vehicles and their gas! Thank you to all of the Band and Choir students who volunteered their time and manpower to actually “migrate” the two flocks of flamingos. And last, but certainly not least, thank you to all the people who “played” along with us and donated to the music program. A huge thank you to all!!
