Principal's Message
by Deborah Wingo
Dear Bethany Families,
I’d like to extend a huge thank you to everyone who attended or supported the Rachel’s Challenge presentations held here on January 23rd. The message of kindness and compassion was well received by Bethany students, who have accepted the challenge to:
• Look for the Best in Others
• Dream Big
• Choose Positive Influences
• Speak with Kindness
• Start Their Own Chain Reaction
February is science month here at Bethany, with every Bethany student participating in or completing a science fair project. Students in grades K-3 conduct class experiments and students in grades 4-8 work individually or in small groups to complete projects. Projects will be displayed at our school Science Night, held on Wednesday, February 8th from 6:00 – 7:30. A variety of exciting activities are planned, including a visiting scientist and pizza sales, so please join us for this fun event!
Finally, congratulations! February 6th is the 100th Day of School, and our Bethany Bobcats are 100 days smarter than they were at the beginning of the academic year!
Great things happen here at Bethany every day. Please feel free to visit at any time.
Debbie
