Kindergarten Registration

KINDERGARTEN - 8th GRADE REGISTRATION PACKETS FOR THE 2012-2013 SCHOOL YEAR WILL BE AVAILABLE IN THE SCHOOL OFFICE AFTER 1/19/2012.
Documents required for registration:
1. Parent Driver's license
2. Closing escrow papers, mortgage statement, homeowner's association fee statement or rental agreement
3. Utility bill
4. Birth Certificate
5. Complete Immunization Record
6. Oral Exam
7. Complete registration packet
8. Doctor's Physical Examination (*Must be done after 3/1/12, and prior to 1st grade enrollment)
INCOMING KINDERGARTEN STUDENTS MUST BE 5 YEARS OLD BY NOVEMBER 1, 2012.
WE WILL BEGIN ACCEPTING COMPLETED PACKETS ON MARCH 1, 2012.
