KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION PACKETS FOR BETHANY SCHOOL ARE NOW AVAILABLE IN THE SCHOOL OFFICE.
Documents required for registration:
1) Parent Driver's license
2) Closing escrow papers, mortgage statement, homeowner's association fee statement or rental agreement
3) Utility bill
4) Birth Certificate
5) Complete Immunization Record
6) Doctor's Physical Examination (done after 3/5/10)
7) Oral Exam
8) Complete registration packet
