Intra-district Transfers

Parents wishing to appeal a denial of an Intra-district transfer within the LUSD must make their appeal in writing to the Student Services Department at  [email protected]. 

Inter-district Transfers

Parents wishing to appeal a denial of an Inter-district transfer request may appeal within 30 days from the date of the denial letter to the San Joaquin County Office of Education.  Additional information on the appeal process can be found at https://www.sjcoe.org/cosp/interdistrictattendanceappeals.aspx.
