"Play It Forward" Instrument Donations

The Lammersville Unified School District (LUSD) is proud to offer comprehensive music instruction for students from Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through 12th grade. Our program is particularly vibrant for students in grades 5 through 12, where they have the opportunity to participate in various instrumental music ensembles.

 

However, one challenge we face is that our district-owned instruments are limited, and we are unable to provide enough for every student. As a result, some students may need to choose different instruments or arrange to rent or purchase one on their own.

 

This is where we need your help. You might have an instrument that you or your child used in the past, which is now sitting unused. We invite you to "Play It Forward" by donating it to the LUSD music program. By doing so, you can give another child the chance to experience the joy of playing an instrument.

 

To donate, please fill out the form linked above, print the email receipt, and bring your instrument to the LUSD District Office at 111 S. DeAnza Blvd, Mountain House, CA 95391. As a token of our gratitude, we will send you a "thank you" letter from the district, which you can use for tax purposes.

 

Your generous contribution will help us maintain and strengthen our outstanding music program, ensuring that all students in our district continue to have access to high-quality musical education. Thank you for your support and for keeping the music alive in our schools!
