LAMMERSVILLE UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT
- Attendance
- Grade Books
- Progress Reports and Report Cards
- Updating student Emergency Contact
Tracking your students’ progress throughout their time with Lammersville Unified is easy and we have the tools. An email account is needed to access these systems. The only requirement is a personal email account. If you do not have a personal email account we recommend creating a Gmail account, although any email provider will do.
Aeries is the holder of permanent student records: grades, (trimester, quarter, and semester marks, progress reports at the high school level), transcripts, report cards, test scores, and daily attendance. Aeries also holds the emergency contact and medical information of students; it is important that parents/guardians ensure the information is accurate and up to date. During the registration process that takes place annually, parents/guardians of both new and returning students are required to either register or update information in Aeries. Students can use their LUSD Gmail with their password to access the Aeries Student Portal (same login as the parent portal).

FAQ
How do I obtain an Aeries Parent Portal account?
Answer
Your parent portal account is automatically created for you with a valid email address on file associated with your student. If you have not received an automated parent portal account creation email and/or have not received a district letter, please contact your student’s school of attendance to update your email on file.
Why am I not receiving a confirmation email?
Answer
Most email providers/programs run some type of spam guard program. If you do not see an email, check inside your Spam folder, Junk mail folder, Bulk Items folder or Trash folder to see if the email landed in any of those folders. It is recommended to add these addresses to your contacts list. If you did not receive the auto-generated emails from either the principal or [email protected] you will need to check the Spam settings within your email account to allow these emails to go to into your Inbox. You can also contact your email provider for support on how to allow these emails into your Inbox.
I still haven’t received my confirmation email; can you resend it?
Answer
Yes. From the Parent Portal login page, click on ‘Forgot Your Password?’ You will be asked to input the email address you have on file. A confirmation email from [email protected] will be sent to you that will allow you to change your password. Please read the email carefully and follow the instructions it provides. If you do not find the email in your Inbox, be sure to check your SPAM folder, Junk mail folder, Bulk Items folder or Trash Folder.
