Requests for Qualifications and/or Proposals

The Lammersville Unified School District (“District”) is issuing a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) from Lease-Leaseback (“LLB”) entities prequalified to provide to the District construction services for the construction of the Elementary Campuses and District Support Facilities Project in three phases of improvements on three sites: Construction of new elementary school campus J; construction of district support facilities; and construction of new elementary school campus K. District support facilities may include administrative offices, field house, and/or sports fields.
Prequalification is required for this project. Prequalification packages are to be submitted to the district no later
than November 22, 2024. This process is pursuant to the Lease-Leaseback provision of Education Code Section
17406. The RFP describes the Project, the required Scope of Work, the selection process, and the minimum
information that must be included in the proposal. The award will be to the entity offering the best value to the
District as defined in the RFP.

The District is issuing a Request for Qualifications/Proposals (RFQ/P) for architectural services related to two new K-8 elementary schools. The services include design and construction administration. Statement of qualifications and proposals are due December 1, 2023. The RFQ/P could be found in the attachments below:

The Board of Education (“Board”) of the Lammersville Unified School District (“District”) is seeking qualified providers of lease-leaseback construction services (“LLB Entity”) to provide construction-related services for the new construction and associated site work for three phases of the project, on two different sites, including preconstruction services on two of the phases, pursuant to California Education Code Section 17406 (the "Project”). Those phases include a Parking Lot Expansion at 300 E Legacy Drive, Mountain House, California; and a new Costa K-8 Elementary School campus located at 1675 S Gobind Boulevard, Mountain House, California, constructed in two phases. A single entity will be selected for delivery and financing for the Project.
