District Parent Advisory Committee (D-PAC)
Each local educational agency (LEA) is required to develop a Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP). A required and essential part of developing the LCAP is engaging educational partners. Lammersville Unified School District has created the District Parent Advisory Committee to engage parents/guardians and students in the LCAP development process. Prior to adopting the LCAP, the district must present the LCAP to the DPAC for review and comment.
The LUSD District Parent Advisory Committee (D-PAC) participates in the annual review of the Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) and provides feedback and recommendations to the school district. This committee is comprised of educational partners and includes parents/legal guardians of students in the following subgroups: Specialized Education, African American/Black, Hispanic, White, English Learner (EL), Socioeconomically Disadvantaged, and Foster/Homeless.
