Where do I pay the developer fees?
Developer Fees are paid at the District Office located at 111 S. De Anza Blvd, Mountain House, CA 95391 in the Business Services Department, from Monday through Friday.

What do I need to bring with me at the time of payment?
- A (School District) Certificate of Compliance provided and signed by the City of Mountain House or San Joaquin County with information to be completed and signed by the Applicant.
- A check payable to Lammersville Unified School District.
How do I make the payment?
LUSD accepts checks ONLY. Payments cannot be made with a credit card.
Do I have to pay School Developer/Mitigation fees if I am building a home but have no children?
Yes, mitigation fees apply even if you have no children because there will be an impact on the District if you sell the home to someone with children.
How often do Developer/Mitigation fees change and how are they calculated?
The District evaluates mitigation amounts periodically (approximately every two years). Mitigation amounts are determined based on studies that include demographic data, State Allocation Board information, and a statistical analysis of projected impacts of future development on the District.
