Interest List & Enrollment Process

Submit an Interest Form
Families of students in grades TK-6 who are interested in enrolling their child in the ELOP program must complete the interest list form sent home via ParentSquare. New enrollees, including TK and Kindergarten students, will express their interest through the school registration forms. Please note that submitting the interest form does not guarantee enrollment; it simply indicates interest in the program.

 

Priority Placement & Enrollment
Student placement is based on eligibility criteria (see phases below) and available staffing. Once a spot is confirmed for your student, a registration form will be sent home through ParentSquare to complete the enrollment process.

 

Important Note for Current ELOP Participants
If your student is currently enrolled in ELOP, you must reapply each new year, as well as for each summer session. Enrollment does not automatically continue from one school year to the next, from the school year to summer, or from summer to the following school year. Please remember that expressing interest in the program does not guarantee enrollment in the ELOP Programs.

 

Enrollment Confirmation Phases

Enrollment confirmations will be sent home to individual students according to the phases listed below:

    • Phase 1: Students in Unduplicated Populations and their siblings (Foster Youth, Homeless Youth, English Language Learners, and Low-Income families identified through the free/reduced lunch program)
    • Phase 2: Low Performing Students and their siblings by lottery (Students performing at or below the 25th percentile in Math and/or ELA) 
    • Phase 3: General Students by lottery

 

All interest lists and enrollment invitations will be communicated exclusively through official school channels via ParentSquare. Once a spot is confirmed for a student, final enrollment will only be secured once parents/guardians complete the required enrollment form.

 

Please remember that expressing interest in the program does not guarantee enrollment in the ELOP Programs. Enrollment confirmations will be sent according to the phases listed above.
